A NEW LIFEBLOOD FOR A LIBERTY HOUSE

The refurbishment of this liberty house originates from the owner’s desire to adapt their life spaces to the evolution of their family, trying to meet their new cohabitation needs. Spatial perception, natural light control, the use of quality materials, they have been the thread of this project.

At the ground floor, the living room has been separated from TV lounge with some glass panels, ensuring a certain grade of acoustic insulation without compromising the spatial continuity of the rooms. The lounge has acquired its own importance thanks to a piece of furniture which occupies the whole wall hiding the door of a service space with an integrated sliding shutter.

At the first floor, three single bedrooms have been obtained, two of which was obtained by splitting a big room. A frosted glass wall which allows the natural light to enlighten both rooms and two white iron stairs give to the bedrooms with mezzanine a touch of simplicity and elegance.

The frosted glass doors allow sunlight to penetrate until the hallway.

The bath has been redesigned replacing the tub with a shower and placing a double sinks to facilitate its usage.
